Prince: What is your philosophy and approach to crypto investing?

Despite the considerable buzz surrounding crypto and blockchain, we believe it is very early in the lifespan of this powerful technology. It’s a bit like the internet in the late 90s or early 2000s. Blockchain technology, including all its permutations, is already transforming countless industries and changing the way value is exchanged around the world.

Unfortunately, many enter crypto with a short-term, “get-rich-quick” mindset that, at best, usually leads to explosive gain at the expense of others. Or more often, at worst, it results in losses for almost all parties involved. It is this short-term thinking and greed-driven approach that has hurt confidence in crypto.

Our investment philosophy is long-term and value-oriented. We invest in projects with real value and utility, which can still rise in price significantly while maintaining a good degree of value in bear markets. Bitcoin, for example, has seen many rises and falls, including in 2022. Yet despite its recent decline, bitcoin – a “blue chip” crypto – is still up over 18,000% over the last decade. This is more than six times higher than the best performing stocks during this period. And more than 100 times the 10-year return of the S&P 500.

And nowadays Bitcoin can easily be placed in an IRA or trust or used in conjunction with sophisticated tax mitigation strategies and financial products.
