ManaMANA/USD, the native token of metaverse game Decentraland, has skyrocketed 73% over the past week, although it is currently trading at $0.70.
What happened: MANA is posting impressive gains over the past seven days, outperforming BitcoinBTC/USD and EthereumETH/USD. With these gains, MANA’s price nearly matched its pre-FTX crash price of $0.7137.
MANA’s price surge is likely due to recent industry speculation regarding the potential launch of Apple Inc’s AAPL mixed reality headset, arriving as early as spring.
