XRP: The best long-term crypto chart of 2023

We choose a specific XRP chart (source: today’s research note to premium members). This is the weekly chart that shows the long-term XRP price structure.

The weekly XRP chart has a very simple structure: a W reversal. More importantly, it exhibits all the characteristics of a “perfect W reversal”.

What does this mean: a “perfect W inversion”? From a chart perspective, this is a long base pattern with a higher low on the right side of the W pattern. This is the analyst’s view, less relevant to the investor . What really, really matters to investors is the outcome of the setup (read: upside potential).

Any “perfect W reversal” has huge upside potential, especially if it is a long (wide) setup. The longer the base pattern, the more power the market is able to build once the upward move begins.

The upside potential is potentially much higher than the 2021 highs. The AW reversal tends to move towards the initial highs. IF and WHEN he is able to surpass those initial highs, the sky becomes the limit.

Astute readers might argue that a 5-year base pattern is not very long, therefore XRP’s upside potential is contained. We completely disagree with this argument. This is because there is no other cryptocurrency that has a 5-year base model, similar to that of XRP.

The general rule is that crypto, being the most volatile asset class in market history, moves 10 times faster than the major markets. This is why a 5-year consolidation, like that of XRP, translates to a few decades compared to traditional stocks.

Interestingly, if we look at the long-term structure, no other crypto chart looks as strong as XRP’s.
