Crypto Price Today Live: Bitcoin Surpasses $30,000; Solana and BNB drop up to 3%

Cryptocurrency markets were trading mixed on Wednesday. Bitcoin, XRP, and Dogecoin were trading with gains, while Ethereum, BNB, and Solana were trading with reductions.

Bitcoin (BTC) rose 1.48% to hit $30,136, while Ethereum (ETH) was below the $2,100 level. BTC volume in the past 24 hours was around $19.04 billion, up 11.46% in the past 24 hours.

“In the past 24 hours, Bitcoin has rebounded to the US$30,000 level, recouping earlier losses. Investors appear to have renewed interest in valuable assets, despite concerns over the banking sector subsiding. To continue its upward trend, BTC will need to overcome its next resistance level at $30,500, while its support level is at $29,800,” said Edul Patel, co-founder and CEO of Mudrex.

Total DeFi volume is currently 4.14 billion, or 9.13% of the total 24-hour crypto market volume. The volume of all stablecoins stood at $41 billion, or 90.4% of the total 24-hour crypto market volume.

The global cryptocurrency market capitalization traded at around $1.27 trillion, up 0.36% in the past 24 hours.

The market capitalization of Bitcoin, the largest cryptocurrency in the world, was around $582 billion. Bitcoin dominance is currently at 45.93%, an increase of 0.51% on the day, according to CoinMarketCap.

“After witnessing a slight downtrend, BTC has bounced back above the critical $30,000 mark as positive sentiment around Defi continues to grow. The current rally in the crypto market is driven by macro factors and its momentum depends on favorable factors surrounding financial markets,” BuyUcoin CEO Shivam Thakral said. Sathvik Vishwanath, co-founder and CEO of Unocoin, said: “Bitcoin remained in a narrow range of $30,200-$30,500, but rose to $30,500 during the US trading session. , turning its previous support at $30,200 into a resistance level.A continued downtrend could see BTC drop to $29,189 if it breaks below the $29,700 level.
