Due to the unexpected highs and lows, this has been a very big week for the cryptocurrency market. Major cryptocurrencies have experienced highs and lows at various times, altering market sentiment.
The entire bitcoin market is currently flashing red, and analyst-trader Michael Van De Poppe has rolled out a scenario for altcoins while keeping Bitcoin’s dominance in mind.
The analyst said markets have corrected and some earnings have done very well. Poppe said Ethereum has been working since the Shanghai update, but he also added that it quickly entered the correction zone.
Talking about Chainlink, Poppe said he is doing very well because there is hype about CCIP, but he added that he is still not breaking the high fork. He said Bitcoin’s dominance had consolidated and was operating within a range. It has tested the resistance and once it crosses the 61 mark, Bitcoin will take off.
Bitcoin would definitely take off from there but we had the Shanghai upgrade we had a pretty substantial bounce on Ether so we need to make sure there is a case that was actually going to fall or fall with dominance Bitcoin instead of having a rally.
He also talked about the total market capitalization and said it still faced crucial resistance. It has to cross 1.25 trillion and then it will continue this relief rally.
After Thursday’s steep price declines, Bitcoin fell and lost momentum above $30,000. The price fell to $29,100 before giving up a good chunk of profits. The value of bitcoins fell by 10.40% last week.
Bitcoin is close to potential support and all altcoins can start bouncing again. We could see some serious strength coming from altcoins, but we need to hold onto crucial areas.
