Ratan Tata shared a post on Twitter
Tata Sons Chairman Ratan Tata took to Twitter on Tuesday to clarify that he has no association with cryptocurrency in any form.
He wrote, “I ask people to stay informed. I have no association with cryptocurrency in any form.”
The 85-year-old industrialist also said that if you see any articles or advertisements about his associations with cryptocurrency, they are absolutely fake and meant to scam citizens. He also attached a screenshot of such a scam.

Commenting on the post, one user wrote, “Certainly sir, we know you a little bit, that’s why we never trust these types of ads and apps.”
“Thank you for clarifying your position on cryptocurrency, Mr. Tata. It is important that people are aware of the risks associated with investing in cryptocurrencies and beware of any scams or schemes that may be associates. Appreciate you taking the time to warn,” another user wrote.
Earlier, Anand Mahindra also criticized fake news about crypto investing. He took to Twitter to say, “Ironically, I haven’t invested a single rupee in cryptos.”
