The Crypto Daily Movers and Shakers June 7, 2021

Bitcoin, from BTC to USD, rose 0.67% on Sunday. Partially reversing a 3.55% drop from Saturday, Bitcoin ended the week up 0.47% to $ 35,780.0.

A bullish start to the day saw Bitcoin hit an intraday high of $ 36,475.0 by mid-morning.

Below the first major resistance level at $ 37,365, Bitcoin fell to an intraday low of $ 35,218.0.

Away from the first major support level at $ 34,264, Bitcoin found support to end the day at $ 35,780.

The short-term uptrend remained intact despite the return to levels of $ 35,000. For bears, Bitcoin would need a sustained decline through the 62% FIB of $ 27,237 to form a short-term downtrend.

The rest of the pack

In the rest of the majors, it was a bullish day on Sunday.

Ethereum rose 3.09% to lead the way, closely followed by Bitcoin Cash SV (+ 2.37%) and Ripples XRP (+ 2.56%).

Binance Coin (+ 0.89%), Cardanos ADA (+ 1.20%), Chainlink (+ 1.54%), Crypto.com Coin (-1.15%), Litecoin (+ 1.91%), Polkadot (+ 0.89%) posted gains relatively modest to the day.

It was also a bullish week ending June 6 for the majors.

Binance Coin rose 20.82% to lead the way, with Crypto.com Coin (+ 10.28%), Ethereum (+ 13.54%) and Polkadot (+ 17.59%) also making strong gains.

Bitcoin Cash SV (+ 4.87%), Cardanos ADA (+ 6.32%), and Ripples XRP (+ 4.51%) also found relatively strong support.

Chainlink (+ 2.63%) and Litecoin (+ 3.32%) were however leading.

During the week, the total crypto market fell to a Monday low of $ 1,449 billion before hitting a Thursday high of $ 1,772 billion. At the time of writing, the total market capitalization was $ 1.627 billion.

Bitcoin dominance peaked at 44.17% on Monday before falling to a low of 41.70% on Sunday. At the time of writing this article, Bitcoin dominance stands at 41.79%.
