Andrew Cuomos Only Defenders: Trump Fanatics and … Himself

New York governor Andrew Cuomo has somehow not yet come under his fall from grace. Since the investigation by State Attorney Letitia Jamess concluded she abused 11 women most of the current or former state governors gave political support, according to the New York Times. Those groups that abandoned him included critical constituents such as labor, white suburban legislators, and Black political leaders. Almost every major union in the state has come out against him, as well as civic groups which he has long believed to get his message out and validate his policies, leaving him more vulnerable to the offensive move from Albany.

Powerful New York Democrats along with Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer and Senator Kirsten Gillibrand have called on Cuomo to resign, as has state spokesman Carl Heastiewho to lead Cuomos ’potential impeachment and longtime ally Jay Jacobs, the chairman of the state’s Democratic Committee. Bill de Blasio, the New York City mayor who famously fought Cuomo for years, told CBS This Morning on Wednesday that the tyrant must resign or be impeachable and the criminal must be charged for in his conduct.

Some who have not yet decided whether Cuomo should step down have, since Tuesday, either joined the choir or suggested they do. (He denies all wrongdoing.) I’m not buying it, Kelly said of the attorney general’s report, an analysis that lost weight he spent several months denying the reality of the 2020 election.

Catsimatidis, a regular Cuomo donor who is said to know Jeffrey Epstein, seems to have questioned the objectivity of the investigation into Cuomoa’s narrative that was actively pushed by the governor and his team. Letitia James I know is well known, but everyone wants to grow up to be governor or president, Catsimatidis told the Times.

Despite the disgust of allies, the governor is still trying to hang on to the reported shock of current and former staff.
