On the 20th anniversary of the Sept. 11 attack, former president Donald Trump will host and comment on the Triller Fight Club boxing heavyweight bout between Evander Holyfield and Vitor Belfort.
Trump provides “guest commentary” for the fight, which will take place at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel in Hollywood, Fla. Holyfield, a former cruiserweight and undisputed world heavyweight champion, will return to the ring against Belfort, a heavyweight UFC world champion
“I love great fighters and great fights. I look forward to seeing both this Saturday night and sharing my thoughts. You won’t want to miss this special event,” Trump said in a statement.
Trump has a history in boxing, hosting numerous matches in his casinos in the 1980s and ’90s. In a tweet, FITE called Trump’s contribution an “alternative No Holds Barred commentary,” and announced that his son, Donald Trump Jr., will also participate.

Holyfield signed in to fight Belfort after Oscar De La Hoya tested positive for COVID-19 on Sept. 3.
“I want to hear directly from me that despite the full vaccination, I have contracted with Covid and I will not be able to compete this weekend,” De La Hoya wrote in a Twitter announcement. “Preparing for this return has been all over me over the past few months, and I want to thank everyone for their tremendous support.”

Other fights that take place during the event include Anderson Silva against Tito Ortiz, David Haye v. Joe Fournier and Andy Vences v. Jono Carroll. Presentations will be given by Anitta, Gente De Zona and Lunay.
