Donald leads, develops and implements diversity, equality and inclusion strategies, programs, policies, and metrics that successfully engage, develop, retain and attract diverse workers. Donald is responsible for fostering inclusion and a sense of belonging throughout the company, deepening Huntington’s commitment to diversity and inclusion in the communities they serve. Donald joined Huntington in 2018 from Nationwide Financial Services where he served as AVP, Learning & Performance Excellence; Learning Director of Solutions and Director of Enterprise Applications. Donald has also held multiple technology management roles at Chase, Victorias Secret Stores and BISYS Fund Services. Donald began his career as a management information consultant at Accenture. Donald serves on the Boards of Directors of The Mid Ohio Food Bank and Columbus Community Kitchen, LLC. Donald has completed the Executive Leadership Program at the University of Michigan Grgraduate School of Business and University of Virginia Darden School of Business. He holds a bachelors degree in economics and English Literature from The College of Wooster. Donald lives in Columbus.
