Ex-chief of staff Mark Meadows told SiriusXM that he would invest all his money on Donald Trump’s run in 2024.

Meadows added that he talks to the former president “several” times a week.

Trump did not explicitly say he would run again but indicated this at a recent rally.

Former President Donald Trump will almost certainly run as president in 2024, according to his former chief of staff Mark Meadows.

Meadows, a staunch ally of the former president, told SiriusXM’s The Wilkow Majority on Thursday that he would bet all his money on another bid for Trump’s White House, The Daily Mail reported.

“If I was a gambler, man … I’ll tell you to lend me all your money,” he said. “I’ll put all my money away, and I’ll bet he’ll run again.”

Meadows added that he reached this conclusion after talking to the former president “several” times a week. “He’s inside, and we’ll expect him to run,” he added.

In early August, Insider reported that Meadows hinted at a future Trump presidential campaign. He told Newsmax that the former president was meeting with “cabinet members” and “moving forward” to a 2024 run in the “real way.”

Trump has not yet explicitly said he will bid for president in 2024, but Insider reported earlier this month that he gave his clearest signal that he would run. At a rally in Des Moines, Iowa, he told his supporters that his campaign slogan would be “Make America Great Again, Again.”

In late September, Insider John L. Dornan reported that Trump suggested that a “just a bad call from a doctor” would stop him from pursuing the 2024 GOP presidential nomination.

If Trump runs, his party seems to support him. A recent Quinnipiac poll of 1,342 adults found that 78% of Republicans said they would like to see Trump run again.
