Vegas men admit to voting twice in the November 2020 election
A Las Vegas business executive whose voter fraud claim was featured by state Republicans in November 2020 as proof of vote flaws has agreed to plead guilty to reduced voting charges by more than one times in the same election. Donald Kirk Hartle is expected to pay a $ 2,000 fine and receive the equivalent of one year of probation when he is sentenced, according to a plea agreement filed Monday before his scheduled plea Tuesday in state court in Las Vegas. Hartle, 55, faces two felony charges in a criminal complaint alleging he used his deceased wife’s ballot.
