When it comes to former President Trump, his thinking on critical matters only comes out in pieces

There has always been turmoil in American domestic politics; but few can give the audience the kind of intensity that can be expected. And for the past five years, the Number 1 person in this category has been the 45th president, Donald Trump. He may not have been on the political scene for the past 12 months but was in the news almost daily for one reason or another-if it wasn’t a court case involving himself or one of his former aides, it could it has to do with speculation on his political future. And there’s no doubt that the part of Trump that clearly comes out is that he’s the best “teaser” in town, never immediately endorsing or denying anything, however outrageous or scandalous it may be.
There are two things the former president can do and one thing he has indicated he is really interested in pursuing; the first is the most obvious since the end of the last presidential election in November 2020 that Trump still refuses to accept Joseph Biden. The former president did not say the category in too many words, but all indications are he will enter the fray in 2024; whether other prominent Republicans challenge Trump for the GOP nomination is a story for another day. One speculation has always been that even if the Grand Old Party refuses to hold Trump by a barge pole, he could leave the party and run as an Independent or a third party candidate and in the process break up the GOP.

When it comes to Trump, his thinking on critical matters only comes out in pieces and pieces; and in his Twitter and social media handles obtained from him a few months ago the world was left only with his statements taken by conservative groups and wires and occasional tweets by former comrades and friends President. But on the eve of Thanksgiving, Trump teased his supporters with a possible run for 2024. “It’s a very interesting time in our country, but don’t worry, we’ll be great again-and we’ll do it all together. -sama. America will never fail, and we will never let it go in the wrong direction. So many generations of greatness depend on us. Enjoy your Thanksgiving knowing that a beautiful future lies ahead, ”Trump said in a statement tweeted by his spokeswoman Liz Harrington.

Political pundits view Trump’s Thanksgiving message as a kind of re -run of MAGA’s 2016 presidential slogan – Make America Great Again – even as other operatives point to the fact the former president told Fox News earlier that he would wait . for the midterm elections of 2022 to make a formal announcement in 2024.
“I’m definitely thinking about it and we’ll see. I think a lot of people will be very happy, honestly, with the decision, and will probably announce that after midterms,” Trump said.
Trump’s hard -line conservative followers are convinced that his win in 2024 is in the bag; in fact, media reports say the poll conducted by Republican insiders shows that Trump easily defeated Biden in the five states that put the Democratic candidate on cruise mode in 2020 – Trump is now seen as “whipped” Biden to Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin by between three and ten points.
And what seems more encouraging to Trump’s hardcore supporters is that the former president has a two -point advantage over Biden in a national approval rating poll; and a greater number of Americans oppose Biden seeking a second term than Trump entering the fray – 64 percent to 58 percent.
The second possible thing Trump can’t reach or seriously think of to some may seem a bit strange-why can’t the former president run for the House of Representatives in the 2022 midterm elections and if Republicans control the House will Donald Trump be chosen to be Speaker of the House? Nothing can make die-hard conservatives and extremists happier than to see Trump with a bush instead of Nancy Pelosi or standing behind President Biden during the State of Union Address. More than anything governing the House Trump could be the wrecker ball of all the Committee and the Biden legislative agenda leading up to 2024. Not long ago, Trump’s idea of running from Florida and climbing up to the House was questioned. of a radio talk show host
And Trump’s response: “You know, it’s very interesting. That’s interesting. And people said, Run for the Senate, OK, run for the Senate, but you know what? Maybe it’s better your idea. It’s very interesting. “
And the best part of being Trump’s spokesman in the House of Representatives is that he no longer has to run for election. Constitutional scholars teach that a party that rules the majority can anoint anyone as its leader. Too much for even Trump who wants to go into the moves of finding a safe seat in Florida for beginners

A day or week seems too long in American politics; and in the current context, politicians and the media seem to be struggling with something that will happen a year and three more years. But Democrats and President Biden are aware of the fact that the campaign for the 2024 White House began a day after the November 2020 election. Whatever the biggest challenge for Democrats is making sure their President rises slowly and steadily from with a 38 percent approval rating so that mid-term 2022 does not end in a disaster in the House and Senate as current indicators point out. Better for Democrats focused on Biden than Trump in 2022 or 2024.
