After three long years, FX’s Atlanta is finally preparing to return in 2022. Meanwhile, Donald Glover’s brainchild has received its first teaser trailer for its third season.
There’s a long way to go to reach this new season, with twists, turns, and sporadic tweets lined up throughout it, but we’ve finally reached the finish line. Atlanta’s Season 3 looks different from the previous two, with Earn, Paper Boi, Darius, and Van traveling to Europe as they enjoy new musical success. However, with fame and fortune come new trials and tribulations that the group must overcome. The main cast of Donald Glover, Brian Tyree Henry, LaKeith Stanfield, and Zazie Beetz are all looking to return for the new season.
Atlanta was a fantastic show before the awards, but through season two, the FX comedy series has won five Emmy Awards, two Golden Globe® Awards, two AFI Awards, a Critics ’Choice Awards, and many more. iba.
Talking about the upcoming season and the excellence of the series, FX Entertainment President Eric Schrier said FX is “excited” that Atlanta is back.
“We’re excited to bring Atlanta back with a new season on March 24th,” Schrier said. “Again, Donald Glover, the producers and stellar cast have delivered another signature season that is synonymous with excellence that beautifies Atlanta.”
