Roger Stone Takes Up ‘Disgusting’ Trump Ally Jason Miller, Accuses Him of ‘Lying’

Right-wing political consultant Roger Stone attacked Trump’s fellow ally Jason Miller, accusing him of being a consistent liar and “disgusting piece of s ** t.”

Miller served as chief spokesman for former President Donald Trump’s campaign in 2016 and then as a senior adviser on his 2020 re -election campaign. Since last June, Miller has been CEO of social media platform Gettr, which generally attracts a more right-wing user base. Stone, a longtime Trump ally, received a formal pardon from the former president in December 2020, shortly before the end of his term in the White House.

In a post Saturday on Gab, another right-wing social media site, Stone launched a vicious attack against Miller, despite both men being close allies of Trump.

“You can always tell when Gettr’s Jason Miller is lying — his lips are moving. In the 40 years I’ve been in American politics, I’ve never met a bigger disgusting piece of shit. Got it. he did his job with Donald Trump in 2016, ”Stone wrote.

The right-wing political operative shared an article published by Mother Jones on Friday outlining the Gettr controversy involving well-known podcaster Joe Rogan. Earlier this month, Rogan announced he would be joining Gettr, which Miller and the social media site quickly used to promote the platform. However, Rogan criticized Gettr for raising his number of followers and even suggested he was interested in removing his account.

“You have 9 million followers on Gettr,” comedian and podcast host Tim Dillon told Rogan on Jan. 10.

“It’s not true, though,” Rogan replied. “Gettr doesn’t even have 9 million people … Here’s the nonsense. They take all my followers on Twitter … and then they port them,” he said.

Miller unsuccessfully tried to get Trump to join Gettr, but the former president plans to start his own social media platform, called Truth Social. The main landing page for Truth Social was launched in October 2021, but it only allows those interested in becoming a member to join the waiting list for now.

Miller recently said the former president could still join Gettr. “If his platform takes longer to develop, I wouldn’t completely exclude him from joining Gettr,” Miller told The New Yorker this month. “And, even if he launches his, I wouldn’t exclude that he also creates a Gettr account.”

Stone was sentenced to 40 months in prison in 2020 for his role in investigating Russia’s interference in the 2016 presidential election. However, Trump granted a full pardon to his longtime companion before he was ordered to report to prison. “Forgiving him will help to correct the injustices he has faced at the hands of [special counsel Robert] Mueller investigation, ”a Trump White House statement said at the time.

Since then, Stone has continued to express support and gratitude for Trump. He has also participated in events and rallies around the country promoting the conspiracy theory that the 2020 election was “ninday” or “stolen” in favor of President Joe Biden.

Trump’s allies participated in a deposition in December in front of a select House committee investigating the pro-Trump attack on January 6, 2021 against the U.S. Capitol. He told reporters afterwards that he used the Fifth Amendment to respond to every question.

“I exercised my Fifth Amendment rights on every question not because I had done anything wrong but because I was fully aware of the House Democrats’ long history of inventing perjury charges based on innocuous, non-material or irrelevant, ”Stone. sabi.
