Donald Trump has issues with windmills but loves YMCA

The Nelk Boys had a famous guest on their Full Send podcast this week, and it’s a name we all recognize – Donald Trump.

The former US president took to the microphone to address the Ukraine-Russia conflict and a number of other topics.

The Full Send podcast has hosted a wealth of high-profile guests, including Kodak Black and Mike Tyson, but Trump is probably the most notable when it comes to politics.

Here’s what went down – and why windmills were seemingly top of the agenda.

YouTubers and podcast hosts the Nelk Boys are no strangers to hosting A-listers on Full Send, but nobody was expecting the former president.

Trump and the Nelk Boys talked for almost an hour, covering topics such as a 2024 Trump re-election, his views on America, his favorite song, and getting banned from Twitter.

However, although they covered a vast array of topics the former president seemingly couldn’t stop talking about one subject in particular -windmills.

As the Nelk Boys started to discuss the Ukraine crisis with Donald Trump, somehow the subject turned towards green energy.

The hosts asked: “What do you see happening next (in Ukraine)? Cause it seems like tensions are high. How does this all end? Is this going to be a long-term thing? How do you see it unfolding? ”

Trump replied: “Well, and I said this a long time ago, if this happens we are playing right into their (Russia’s) hands. Green energy. The windmills don’t work. They’re too expensive. They kill all the birds. They ruin your landscapes.

“And yet the environmentalists love the windmills. And I’ve been preaching this for years. The windmills – and I had them way down – are the most expensive energy you can have. And they don’t work. ”

We think it’s safe to assume the “windmills” the former POTUS is talking about are wind turbines.

Former president loves YMCA

Trump went on to discuss many other topics, including music. The businessman told the Nelk Boys he really enjoys music, admitting he loves Broadway show tunes.

However, it seems he’s also a fan of gay icons the Village People. “You know what gets them rocking? YMCA, ”Trump said on the podcast.

Trump also discussed the possibility of a 2024 re-election, saying he couldn’t reveal details but a lot of people were going to be “really happy”.
