Donald J. Gardner of Grand Island passed away May 9, 2022.
The husband of Linda Gardner, he is the father of Jeffrey J. (Anna) Gardner and Justine Gardner Anderson; stepfather of Tracey (David) Patton and Lisa (John) Strawbridge; and grandfather of Sophie and Sam Strawbridge. He was predeceased by six brothers and sisters.
Gardner was a US Army veteran who served during the Korean Conflict.
Friends may call from 4-7 pm Friday, May 13, at the Kaiser Funeral Home, 1950 Whitehaven Road, Grand Island. That’s also where funeral services will be held at 10 am Saturday, May 14.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Cornerstone Bible Baptist Church, 5810 Buffalo St., Sanborn, NY 14132.
