NEW HAVEN, Conn. (AP) A sour response by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy to a US aid offer and a call by former US President Donald Trump for the repeal of parts of the Constitution topped a Yale Law School librarian’s list of most notable. excerpts of 2022.
