Judge dismisses Trump’s rape case against E. Jean Carroll

Carroll took the witness stand for the third time Monday, for the second day of cross-examination of Tacopina, arguing that he should have been allowed to explore why he did not seek security footage from the store and why he did not go to the police after the alleged incident.

A representative for Carroll declined to comment to The Post.
