Former US President Donald Trump called CNN moderator Kaitlin Collins a bad person at the end of a town hall as she asked him about January 6 and his legal troubles. In his first CNN interview since 2016, Donald Trump refused to accept his 2020 election loss and maintained his repeated falsely stolen election claims.

When Kaitlin Collins asked him why he didn’t comply with a Justice Department subpoena for the classified records he brought to Mar-A-Lago, he said, It’s a very simple answer. You are a bad person, I tell you.
The audience cheered and roared with laughter as Donald Trump added that he was negotiating with the National Archives and Records Administration to turn over the remaining documents.
He said he had every right to obtain the documents and did not withhold them, while repeating his claim that the records were declassified when he removed them.
During the interview, Donald Trump repeatedly clashed with the moderator. The rude line he used was closely reminiscent of an insult he hurled at Hillary Clinton during a 2016 debate when he called her a nasty woman as she announced plans to raise taxes on the wealthy if elected.
The interview comes after a federal jury in New York found Donald Trump liable for sexually assaulting writer E. Jean Carroll and then defaming her.
