After the spate of accusations against him during the election and the near-disaster of the Access Hollywood tapes, one might have predicted that Mr Trump would be extra vigilant about how he conducted himself with women once he was sworn in as president and completely relocated to 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue.

But, according to several women who served in top roles during his four-year term, such a prediction may not be correct.

In the days since the Manhattan jury in Ms Carrolls case handed down a verdict against the twice-impeached former president, three former senior female Trump administration officials have come forward to describe inappropriate behavior on Mr Trump’s part to other female civil servants in his employ.

The trio included two of Mr Trump’s top lieutenants, Alyssa Farah Griffin, his former White House communications director who now co-hosts ABCs The View and Stephanie Grisham, who served as press secretary to both Mr Trump and the former First Lady. Lara Trump has faced a barrage of examples of her mother-in-law getting it wrong after she claimed that almost everything she said came true.

Ms Trump, the wife of Eric Trump, appeared on Newsmax on Monday to discuss special prosecutor John Durhams report criticizing the FBI’s handling of the investigation into connections between Russia and the Trump campaign.

How many times has what he said really come true? Almost everything he talked about and, by the way, mocked him by saying it all came true, Ms Trump told Newsmax.

Donald Trump said before the report was released that Mr Durham was set to reveal the crime of the century but the report instead called the FBI’s actions extremely poor.

The report said the FBI should not have launched its full investigation into alleged collusion between the Trump campaign and Russia, but the report did not suggest making wholesale changes to rules or policies.
