Donald Arthur Lewis, 91, of New Castle Road, Pulaski, passed away Tuesday morning, May 16, 2023, at St. John XXIII Home, Hermitage. He was born on October 30, 1931, to Arthur I. and Elizabeth Moors Lewis. He married Geraldine “Dolly” Braun on December 30, 1954, and she preceded him in death on December 30, 2016. Don graduated from Grove City High School and worked at Westinghouse and Wean United as a computer programmer. He was an active member of the Church of the Good Shepherd, West Middlesex, where he helped to start the Boy Scout program. Don was also a member of the church’s men’s club and Holy Name Society. He served his country in the US Army during the Korean Conflict. Survivors include two daughters, Linda Myers (Doug Carman) of Ashtabula, Ohio; and Debbie (Jerry) Ferrell of Boardman, Ohio; a son, Donald E.(Debra) Lewis of Florida; a special friend, Mary Jane Krivosh of West Middlesex; eight grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren. A brother, Thomas (Dotty) Lewis, and a sister-in-law, Darlene Lewis, both of Volant, complete the family. In addition to his parents and wife, Don was preceded in death by his brother, Jack Lewis, and a brother-in-law, Ronald Braun. Memorials may be given to the American Legion or a local VFW in Don’s memory.

Service: Funeral Mass at 10 a.m. Saturday at the church, followed by full military honors. Interment: St. Rose Cemetery, Ermita. Arrangements entrusted to SMITH FUNERAL HOME of West Middlesex.
