Jerry Donald Campbell, 80 of Hazel Green, passed away June 1, 2023.
He is survived by his children, Gina Seymour (Jr.), Melinda Sullivan (Delbert), Tammy Treece; grandchildren, Jarold, Kerri, Blake, Jeremy, Shelby; great-grandchildren, Kendall, Kooper, Emmaleigh, Eli; his loving companion and dear friend, Dolly Bozarth; brother, Paul Campbell; sisters Betty and Brenda Campbell; and many nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation will be Sunday, June 4, 2023 at Berryhill Funeral Home from 12:00 to 2:00 PM. Services will follow in the chapel at 2:00 PM with Brother, Earl Holder officiating. Burial was in Trenton Cemetery.
