Donald (Don) E. Bourland practiced at Bourland Heflin, PLC and its predecessors for his entire legal career beginning in 1974, focusing on commercial real estate, business law, title insurance, and estate matters. land title law. He has successfully represented commercial developers, lenders, borrowers of real estate, sellers, buyers, leasers, and tenants in various real estate transactions, as well as title companies and insurance defense agencies, appraisals of title, and review of insurance underwriting matters. A native of Memphis, Don is also manager of the company-owned Bourland Heflin Title Insurance Agency and holds a title insurance license in the State of Mississippi.

Mr. Bourland was selected by his peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America2023 in the fields of Corporate Law and Real Estate Law. This is his ninth year for the fellowship. He was also named Best Lawyers 2020 Corporate Law “Lawyer of the Year” in Memphis.
