Donald Edward Zarembski, age 79, of Swartz Creek, MI, passed away July 24, 2023, at Hurley Medical Center, Flint, MI. He was born November 16, 1943, in Detroit, MI, the son of Joseph & Agnes (Sheko) Zarembski. A Funeral Mass will be held 12:00 PM Saturday, July 29, 2023, at St. Joseph Shrine Catholic Church, 8743 US-12, Brooklyn, MI, with Fr. Carl Simon is in charge. A Rite of Committal will follow at St. Joseph Shrine Cemetery with Military Honors conducted by the Onsted American Legion Honor Guard. Donald will lie in state at the church on Saturday from 10:00 AM until the time of the Funeral Mass. Arrangements are under the direction of the J. Gilbert Purse Funeral Home, 2959 N.
