On MSNBCs Morning Joe Monday, co-host Mika Brzezinski reacted to a statement released Sunday by former President Donald Trump, who attacked President Biden over his oversight of the Covid-19 vaccine launch. He hasn’t been well, Trumps ’statement said. He is back on schedule and people are refusing to take the Vaccine because they do not trust his Administration, they do not trust the Election results, and they certainly do not trust Fake News, which refuses to tell the Truth.

He spins it again, Brzezinski said after a segment about free speech and Facebook, which President Biden accused of killing people by allowing disinformation about vaccines on social media platforms.

Let’s just look at the facts, look at the hospital records, look at the people who are still dying, Brzezinski said. The United States general surgeon said that 99 percent of people who die do not have vaccines. They can all avoid death, and all the offensive stories of husbands or wives being put on fans and dying and in the last moments, their last breath of life, they regret they listened to politicians or hosts of cable news, who followed their dangerous, stern advice instead of listening to their doctor.

We say people following Donald Trump from a precipice live as if it were a cult, Brzezinski said Monday. We clarified this. It’s not cult-like behavior, it’s not like a cult like today’s behavior of people when they’re in a cult. If you want to know why, because because they, in fact, live in a cult, that’s the meaning of one and killing them. Whether talking about David Koresh and Waco or the Jonestown mass suicides or Donald Trumps is lying about COVID, people are dying and people are dying, and they are dying because Donald Trump and his evil allies are on cable news and social media and on Capitol Hill.

Sounds like a very strong word, bad, until you understand how many people this culture continues to kill, Brzezinski said.
