Donald Trump: Pressure is growing on the former president because of the tax case

[ad_1]

WHEN he was a television celebrity known as The Donald, former president Trump was always spinning and turning into a difficult situation. After all, he declared himself the master of the deal.

While in the White House the 45th president of the USA also showed an amazing ability to deflect the many flak that came at him.

Since he didn’t regret going into office in January, however, unrest just continues to pile up for Trump, and the latest New York State prosecution move by his eponymous Organization may be something that isn’t even he will be released. It’s only been a few weeks since Trump’s tax fraud charge was made against Trump’s close friend and ally Allen Weisselberg and the Trump Organization itself.

According to investigative website The Daily Beast, Weisselberg’s former daughter -in -law Jennifer decided to work with Manhattan investigators looking into the Trump Organization.

The main allegations against chief finance officer Weisselberg are that he and Trump’s company are running a tax evasion scheme. But yesterday was the first time the press in the USA reported allegations directly involving Trump, who was head of the organization when the alleged offenses were committed. According to reports in the USA, Jennifer Weisselberg accused prosecutors that Donald Trump offered to seize her children’s private school fees instead of giving extra value to her husband Barry. Payments are never registered.

Jennifer Weisselberg made the claims in a Zoom interview with investigators on June 25, according to The Daily Beast, and if true it could directly link Trump to the ongoing tax fraud case.

Vanity Fair magazine reported: “Is Donald Trump really responsible for running a company that has been accused, among other things, of conspiracy, grand larceny, and a large number of tax fraud and fake records?

“On the one hand, he never has, so why would anyone expect this to happen now? On the other hand, thanks to the work of Manhattan prosecutors and helpful witnesses, it appears that he is closer than ever to a situation where he spends many years in prison! ”

Lawyers for the Trump Organization did not respond to the latest revelations but have previously denied all allegations of wrongdoing.

In a separate development, Trump’s former campaign manager, Corey Lewandowski, admitted that the launch of the campaign at Trump Tower was full of paid actors.

Business Insider reported that Lewandoski admitted he lied in 2016 when he said no paid actors were involved.
