As a first step, the creators released the first preview of the upcoming Catch the Bullet movie about actor Jay Pickett.
Scheduled for a select theatrical, digital and VOD release on September 10, the film centers on Britt MacMasters (Pickett), an American marshal who returns from a mission to find his injured father (Tom Skerritt) and his son, Chad (Mason McNulty), kidnapped by outlaw Jed Blake (Gattlin Griffith). On their trail, Britt forms a group with an assistant gunslinger and a stoic tracker from Pawnee. But Jed and Britt are dangerously approaching the Sioux territory of the Red Deserts, posing a far greater threat than either can imagine.
Directed by Michael Feifer, Catch the Bullet stars Peter Facinelli, Cody Jones, Callder Griffith, Tucson Vernon Walker, Rick Moffatt, Ardeshir Radpour, Kevin McNiven, Peter Sherayko, Eric Pickett and Ryder Kozisek.
Jay Pickett died on July 30 of unknown causes while filming the movie Treasure Valley in Idaho. He was 60 years old at the time.
