Allu Ramesh Death News: Telugu actor Allu Ramesh dies of heart attack at 52, tributes pour in

The sudden disappearance of actor and comedian Allu Ramesh shocked the Telugu film industry on Tuesday morning. He suffered a cardiac arrest on Monday at the age of 52.

The late actor was in his hometown of Visakhapatnam when the heart attack claimed his life.

The renowned actor, who grew up in Vizag, is known for his memorable performances in movies like ‘Napoleon’ and ‘Tholubommalata’.

The news of Allu Ramesh’s passing left his industry colleagues in mourning.

Director Anand Ravi, known for famous works like ‘Korameenu’ (2022), ‘Napoleon’ (2017) and ‘Prathinidhi’, took to Facebook to share the news of his untimely passing, alongside two photos of the actor-comedian.

In his post, the filmmaker said the late actor had always been his “biggest support”.

“Since day one, you have been my greatest support. I still hear your voice in my head. Ramesh garu, unable to digest your death. You have touched so many hearts like mine. I miss you. Om shanti” , he wrote. in his caption.

Actress Rekha Boj, popular in films like ‘Daamini Villa’ (2019), ‘Rangeela’ (2017) and ‘Kalaya Tasmai Namaha’ (2016), bid a tearful farewell to Allu Ramesh. “Rest in peace, sir. Cinema has lost a fine artist,” she wrote.

Allu Ramesh began his film career after a brief stint in film. He made his acting debut in 2001 with Telugu director’s Shriram Balaji “Chirujallu”, which starred Tarun Kumar, SP Balasubrahmanyam and Richa Pallod in key roles.

During his career spanning over two decades, Allu Ramesh has been a part of around 50 Telugu films and impressed everyone with his comedic timing in a few projects. His notable work includes ‘Mathura Wines’, ‘Veedhi’, ‘Tolu Bommalata’, ‘Ravana Desam’ and ‘Blade Babji’ among others.

Allu Ramesh was last seen in director Venkatesh Pediredla’s ‘Anukoni Prayanam’, starring Rajendra Prasad and Narasimharaju in the lead roles. He also played the role of Nukaraju’s father in director Sai Kiran Adivi’s “Kerintha” released in 2015.

Apart from making his mark on the big screen, he has also been seen on a number of television shows.
