Actress Pooja Batra shared a memory of when she met Elon Musk’s mother, Maye Musk, at an event in 2018. She took to Instagram this morning to add three photos with Maye Musk to his ever-growing repertoire of celebrity photographs. “With powerhouse Maye Musk #TBT,” she wrote while sharing the photos. #TBT can be extended to “Throwback Thursday” – a social media trend where people share old photos on Thursday.
The three photos she shared on Instagram all show Pooja Batra smiling for the camera with Ms. Musk by her side. While Pooja Batra opted for a copper-colored dress, Ms Musk – who has been a model for over 50 years – dressed in a red skirt-sweater jumpsuit. Maye Musk is the mother of Elon Musk, the billionaire entrepreneur behind aerospace company SpaceX and clean-energy automotive brand Tesla.

The photos were taken during the fourth annual CineFashion Film Awards in 2018. The ceremony was held at the Saban Theater in Beverly Hills, California. In fact, Pooja Batra also shared a photo from that reunion earlier. In 2018, a few days after the awards ceremony, she posted a photo with Maye Musk on Twitter, hailing her as an “inspiration”.
Interestingly, two years before meeting his mother, Pooja Batra had also hung out with Elon Musk. On the Game Of Thrones Season 6 premiere night in 2016, she rubbed shoulders with not only the cast and crew of the hit show, but also Mr. Musk, who was in attendance.
In February, Ms Batra shared a photo from the party that shows her with Elon Musk.
“With the centbillionaire, industrial genius tycoon who changed our planet forever,” she wrote as she shared the photo.
Pooja Batra was crowned Miss India International Femina in 1993. She is best known for her performances in films like Kahin Pyaar Na Ho Jaaye, Nayak and Jodi No 1.
