Police hunt man wearing purple dress exposing himself near popular beauty spot

POLICE are asking for help in finding a man who exposed himself to a teenager while he was wearing a purple dress.

Officers are looking for the man after he showed himself to a 15-year-old near Loch Leven, popular with Fifers, at around 9:30 p.m. on Monday, July 26.

Officers said the man committed the offence before running towards a golf course near Kirkgate Park, Kinross.

A Scottish Police spokesman said: “We are investigating an incident which occurred in Kirkgate Park, Kinross, at approximately 9:30pm on Monday 26 July.

“A man intentionally exposed himself to a 15-year-old girl and a woman in her 30s before running towards a nearby golf course.

“She is described as being about 6 feet tall, slim body with short, disheveled black hair, and wearing a purple and white dress with a black hoodie.

“Although there were no other witnesses around at the time, given the very typical description, it is possible that he was seen elsewhere nearby at night.

“If you have information that could aid our investigation, please call 101 or speak to any police officer. Also, information can be provided anonymously via CrimeStoppers on 0800 555 111. Our reference is the 27th July 3242 incident.
