England will kick off their men’s Twenty20 World Cup campaign against West Indies in a rematch of the 2016 final, which the Windies won dramatically.

Group Two consists of India, Pakistan, New Zealand, Afghanistan and the two qualifiers. Australia was due to host the T20 World Cup in 2020 but the Covid-19 outbreak has pushed the tournament back two years, with the 2021 event remaining at its scheduled venue. It has been five years since the last edition, when Carlos Brathwaite scored four six in a row in the final to help the West Indies win in Kolkata.
