A crowd of about 150 people turned up at the Ladner Village pop-up park, on the corner of Delta and Bridge Streets, last Friday night for an extraordinary cause.

Angela and Camille’s Fashion Fest 2021 is a fundraiser for the Orange Shirt Society and the many communities offering their support.

Hosted by Camille Turner and Angela Husvik, owners of Camille’s Boutique and Gallery and Angela’s Boutique respectively, the evening featured food provided by Chopped Leaf and a “half-time” performance by performers from the Freeflight Dance Company.

Construction was handled by Dunbar Lumber while Ladner Photo Studio took care of the photography. Event MC Carol Miles was presented with a bouquet of flowers in honor of her pending retirement as owner of South Delta Heels.

Volunteer models include Delta board member Dylan Kruger.
