Retail Associates are responsible for ensuring our Customers have a positive shopping experience. Associates make eye contact, smile and greet all Customers in a courteous and friendly manner, treat fellow Associates with respect, efficiently follow all company best practice standards as outlined in all work centers, maintain a clean work area at all times, and ensure the presentation of goods proper merchandise. Retail Associates are expected to engage in these tasks as assigned during all business hours and are expected to perform various functions in all areas of the Store as per business requirements. Associates may be asked to perform additional tasks in certain situations, if the performance of these tasks will help achieve our Customer service and operational objectives.
