Let’s talk about digital mode.
From CGI influencers like Lil Miquela to brands like Danit Peleg which makes 3D printed clothing, fashion is constantly evolving. But now, a new artist has stolen the public’s attention. Her name is Indian Davina, because many people know him from viral tweet showing off futuristic 3D chrome outfits and accessories.
India is an artist and a leader in the evolution of futuristic fashion. He began to create works of his own imagination, using materials and textures from the graphic design world to create his work. As digital fashion is a world of endless opportunities, India has created pieces from accessories like sunglasses to shoes to even dresses.
Based on WeTheCool Magazine, As a self-taught 3D fashion designer, India started her passion for fashion by making shoes and accessories out of paper. She then pursued fashion design in Germany, earning a bachelor’s degree.
After earning his degree, India invented a 3D modeling program and started experimenting. During his studies, India loved avant-garde silhouettes that could not be made in real life. He draws inspiration from nature with its colors and species diversity, while also being heavily influenced by science fiction. She likes to use chrome and glass textures, usually spinning away from the serpentine tendril pieces.
During the design process, India relied on music to keep itself in the zone. From artists like Grimes or Gesaffelstein, he let music inspire his work, often creating models as soon as they came to mind.
In the future, India hopes to collaborate with music artists for album covers. In the next step for his brand, the designer is also interested in producing and making his designs into real clothes through 3D printing.
Currently, Miami University offers free 3D modeling software and tutorials open to every student. When selecting a program through the Autodesk website, Miami students are eligible for one year of free access to any software.
Indian jobs are completely digital – these clothes don’t exist in real life. But its designers believe that this approach is innovative, and realistic in the era of virtual reality.
In an interview for VisualAtelier8, India spoke about the importance of his work in the field of 3D design and today’s fashion industry. With the debate over sustainability and the rise of fast fashion brands like SHEIN, India feels that her work is one of the most sustainable.

“3D and virtual reality are the future,” he said in an interview with VisualAtelier8, “and we are about to enter a world where we make the impossible possible.”
Based on The Verge, Indonesia is right. Gucci has come out with virtual luxury footwear that can be purchased through their app. The lime green and fuchsia sneakers were created by Gucci creative director Alessandro Michele and feature the “GC” logo.
These virtual sneakers are titled Gucci Virtual 25 and can be used in augmented reality (AR), or applications such as Roblox and VRChat. The virtual couple can be purchased for $12.99 (On the Gucci app) or $8.99 on the AR Wanna Kicks app.
In the future, the fashion world expects a new type of fashion designer. Because they can adapt through the virtual reality of social media, their collection will be pieces that no one else has ever created in the real world.
As a fast-moving society, we are constantly being consumers of new trends and influences. Will this be the most sustainable form of fashion? India thinks so.
