Rachel Connealy, 26, from Florida, showed off a stunning long silk gown and proved that you don’t have to spend a fortune to look like royalty. Sun report.

He shared his cheap buying video on tik tok, revealed he had bought it at the local op shop for nothing.

“I wore this silk dress right after we got engaged and am still wearing it for the ceremony,” she wrote in the video’s caption.

“My ceremonial dress from Goodwill is $US3 ($AU4).”

Amazingly, this wasn’t the only wedding dress she found at the thrift store.

Rachel also picked up a second gown for her wedding reception for just $US5 ($AU7).

The white short dress featured flared sleeves, a fitted bodice, and a light tassel skirt.

Finding two wedding dresses for over $10 has to be the bargain of the year.

Her video has since gone viral with many people being very impressed by her incredible savings, especially considering the average cost of a wedding dress in Australia is $2,385, according to statista.com.

“You remind me of the beautiful Meghan Markle here,” one person commented.

“The thrifty god really has a favourite,” said another, while a third added: “Absolutely stunning. Like something out of a magazine.”

Others revealed that they also managed to get bids for their wedding dresses.

“My wedding dress was $50 out of goodwill,” said one woman.

“I bought Justin Alexander’s wedding dress with the label still on for £60 and I love it,” said another.
