Those seeking New Year’s resolutions from New England Patriots head coach Bill Belichick were once again disappointed on Friday.
Last week, Juliet Pennington of the Boston Globe asked Belichick what her New Year’s resolution was. In essence, he told her to ask the question again next week. He did just that, and this time, the coach gave him a bit more of an answer as transcribed by Jenna Lemoncelli from New York Post.
As the calendar shifts to 2022, Belichick proves he’s still an expert at providing answers, without revealing too much information. Belichick chose to keep things close to the vest.
“They’ll all be personal so they probably won’t mean anything to you,” Belichick says.
As the Patriots prepare to take on the Jacksonville Jaguar, Bill Belichick’s New Year’s resolutions will remain a mystery.
