Finally, Carrie is back on her feet and ready to dive into the dating pool (as her editors and Oprah, NBD suggest) and of course, our girl got to school us all first date style. Carrie Bradshaw’s date dress has been living in my head rent-free since I first saw her in behind-the-scenes shots of filming in 2021, and for just $215, it can be yours in any 20 colors. Yes, that much.

Handsome Carrie’s first date app in ~Leo DiCaprio di Don’t Look Up~ kind of way, and I bet she was blown away by Bradshaw showing up for dinner in a slick one-shoulder Norma Kamali dress and satin blazer for added appeal. Carrie wears what I consider shady Blue powder, but there are plenty of colors to choose from if that’s not your thing. Ironically (and quite iconicly), my friend Katie wore the dress in the same color last year before Bradshaw himself, so I had to go to her to see if it was worth the coin. “Definitely convenient! Impossible to tangle, so great for packing for the holidays,” she shares.

Personally, I find the ruched draping very forgiving, not to mention the comfortable AF. Combined with a body-skimming silhouette and single shoulder strap, this piece has all the makings of the perfect date night gown.
