Simone Biles Green Velvet Dress for Christmas Eve

Simone Biles celebrates the holiday in a series of festive looks. Posing in a mirror selfie shared on Dec. 25, the decorated gymnast kicked off Christmas Eve in a striking emerald green velvet dress. From PrettyLittleThing, the figure-hugging minidress is adorned with dramatic ruffles along an off-the-shoulder neckline. As Biles wrote in the caption, “let’s hear some noise for the dress.” She jazzed up the piece with minimal accessories, wearing only a silver bracelet, necklace, and ring, alongside a large oval-shaped engagement ring from Jonathan Owens.

While she opted for a glamorous look the night before, on Christmas Day, the 25-year-old athlete opted for a comfortable, coordinated outfit with her fiancé. In a series of love snaps with Owens, the two sit on a couch in front of an ornately decorated Christmas tree, wearing matching fur pajamas from Skim as well as Ugg boots. The pair were as comfortable as ever in ultra-soft plaid sleepwear.

Even though the holidays are just over, Biles and Owens have been in good spirits for quite some time. The couple went for an “at home cocktail” theme for their holiday shoot earlier this month. Biles wore a cherry red silk minidress which was complemented by a red wide-brimmed hat, while Owens wore a casual winter white outfit. In November, they also shared glimpses of their adorable engagement shoot, where they teamed up with a classic white t-shirt and ripped denim. We can definitely expect more of the couple’s stylish moments ahead of their wedding in 2023.
