Emily Blunt Stunned in a White Valentino Gown at the 2023 Oscars Red Carpet

Emily Blunt’s 2023 Oscars dress was so elegant.

The 40-year-old actress looked stunning in a white Valentino gown as she walked the red carpet for the 95th Academy Awards in Los Angeles on Sunday night.

Keeping the look monochromatic, Blunt paired a form-fitting off-shoulder dress with a white clutch embellished with pearls and silver appliqués. She slicked her hair back into a sleek updo and completed her look with dangling, bejeweled earrings.

Carpet isn’t just a fashion-forward moment for The Devil Wears Prada stars, because it serves as a Hollywood reunion for the actresses too! Blunt reunited with him Explore the Forest costar Dwayne Johnson, 50, before hitting the stage.

Ahead of their joint Best Animated Feature award during the ceremony, Blunt and Johnson happily posed for a series of fun photos together and joked around with Laverne Cox on the E! Red carpet.

“This Ilaria Urbinati, my stylist, this is the vision,” Johnson told Cox when asked about his look for the evening. “We think Dolce can pull this off elegantly. It’s a ballet pink with a bit of a tweed base. Wool brings out a bit of masculinity.”

Johnson’s answer prompted Blunt to tell Cox that the former pro wrestler turned actor “only spends so much of your time with his manhood.”

While Blunt walked the 2023 Oscars carpet alone (despite her reunion with Johnson), she joined husband John Krasinski for a lavish date night at last month’s SAG Awards where she was nominated for her performance in English.

That Silent place star wore a red Oscar de la Renta gown that featured tiered panels embellished with orchard appliqués. She accessorized with a dazzling choker and a bold red lip. Meanwhile his girlfriend and former costar opted for a double-breasted Dolce & Gabbana pinstripe suit.

In 2019, the couple who share daughters Hazel, 9, and Violet, 7 stepped out for a few red carpet appearances.

Not only did they rock the glam at that year’s SAG Awards (dressed in pink and green ensembles) and the Golden Globes (dressed in cool, understated tones), they also upped their couple’s style with an adorable tuxedo twin moment at the Writers Guild Awards.

The duo has openly expressed the genuine love they feel for one another. “Having John’s support was everything because we are each other’s people of faith,” Blunt told PEOPLE in 2020 as they celebrated their 10 year wedding anniversary. “That shared understanding really became a very vital anchor for me.”

The feeling is of course mutual. “I wouldn’t be anywhere in my life without him,” Office said alum Parade in December. “Every day, but certainly career-wise, as a father, he pushes me to be better every day at everything I do.”
