Anshula Kapoor’s Ramp “Chaotic Fun” Debuts at Lakme Fashion Week

Hey guys, Arjun Kapoor’s little sister, Anshula Kapoor, walked down the street at Lakme Fashion Week for the first time last Friday and we all agree that she killed it on stage. On Tuesday, Anshula shared a video of her big day and outlined how this opportunity came knocking on her door just hours before the show started. In the video, we can see the showstopper, Anshula, who rules the stage as she makes her way up the ramp, looking absolutely glamorous. Dressed in a phenomenal silver gown by Ridhi Bansal and Mohit Rai, Anshula captivated the onlookers as she walked with confidence and a big smile. Also featured in the video are other stoppers, Sonakshi Sinha, Anaita Shroff Adjania and Antara Marwah. Bonus is of course actor Arjun Kapoor, who can be seen standing and cheering for Anshula. Sharing the video, Anshula gives a shoutout to the designers as well as brother Arjun for being her biggest cheerleader.

“So I did something last Friday. Not too many people I woke up at 5am to catch a flight back to the city!! But then there was @mohitrai. The day before the show I got a regular call from him, and he said, “would you like walking for @itrhofficial tomorrow afternoon? Just do it na!” My first outing and only way to describe it is screwed up fun! Honestly, still can’t believe that this is happening, but I’m so glad I said yes! Thank you @itrh_ridhibansal @ruchikrishnastyles @mohitrai @nannika.bhuptani , everyone from @teamrstyles & obviously @rahulgangs_ for wowing me & helping me through it all. @arjunkapoor I love you. Last week, Arjun Kapoor shared a video from the event on Instagram. In it, we can see the actor giving his sister a shoutout. On such a special occasion, Arjun Kapoor misses their mother Mona Shourie Kapoor, who passed away in 2012 after a long battle with cancer. In his note, the actor wrote, “Hope you keep an eye on him today and the smiling mum… Miss you there to see how your daughter grows up… Proud of you Ansh… you inspired me to never give up .”

Anshula Kapoor, however, was quick to reply. She dropped loving notes for her brother in the comments. It read, “I love you bhai.” Anshula also adds a red heart to it. Actress Kriti Sanon found him “cute”. According to Anushka Sharam and Bhumi Pednekar, the post was “so cute”. Singer Sophie Choudry spoke for everyone when she wrote, “Looks beautiful.” Karan Boolani dropped a bunch of emojis under the post. Karan is married to Anshula’s cousin, Rhea Kapoor. Khushi Kapoor also shared lots of red hearts under the post. Actor Sanjay Kapoor and wife Maheep Kapoor followed suit.
