Schuyler Bailar was an educator, writer, and activist who made history as the first transgender athlete to compete in any sport on the National Collegiate Athletics Association’s (NCAA) Division 1 men’s team. Initially recruited to swim for the Harvard women’s team, Bailar made a difficult choice to transition while potentially giving up the prospect of becoming NCAA Champion. Instead, he was awarded a Harvard Directors Award and was named an LGBTQ Nations Instagram Advocate for 2020. In 2021, Bailar released his adult novel, Obie Is Man Enough, and in 2022, he founded LaneChanger, a study series that makes gender literacy education more accessible to every team, school, and company.

Marty Bells is a founding partner of Vacation Inc., a recreational sunscreen brand known for its nostalgia and experiential marketing. Since soft-launching direct-to-consumer in 2021, the brand has raised $11.2 million in capital, and has secured wholesale partners such as Nordstrom, Urban Outfitters, Anthropologie, and Ulta Beauty.

Gabby YJ Chen is president of global expansion of Chinese beauty brand Florasis, with over 15 years of experience in the Asia Pacific region. She previously served as head of beauty for Lane Crawford Group in China, and founder of Mood Editing Cosmetics, which is the sole distributor of the Kardashian family brands in the region. Chen is also the founder of Janes & Hooch, a popular speakeasy bar in Beijing, and an angel investor in Alesca Life, an agritechnology company that builds indoor farming, vertical farming, and farm management software to make food production more efficient and environmentally friendly.

Ccile Lochard is chief sustainability officer at Guerlain, a French luxury cosmetics brand owned by LVMH, where she previously served as program manager for biodiversity and sustainability communications. Holding a dual master’s degree in Sustainable Development from Paris Dauphine University and Profit-Non-Profit Project Management from the ESSEC business school, Lochard began his 25-year career in the Socially Responsible Investment arm of HSBC. In 2006 he joined The World Wildlife Fund for Nature, managing his private partnerships, and in 2011 he founded Citizen Luxury, a consultancy specializing in guiding luxury homes in creating CSR strategies.

Hand of God is a meditation teacher, brand consultant, and co-founder of Open, a California-based mindfulness studio. The discipline is based on secular mindfulness, Buddhist meditation, breathing exercises and yoga through the lenses of trauma awareness and somatic psychology. His client list includes athletes, executives, schools and Fortune 500 companies such as Nike, NBA, Aesop, Netflix, Google and the United Nations. Dias has worked at MoMA, Coachella, Warner Music and Art Basel Miami. Dias sits on the faculty of the Esalen Institute as well as the Melbourne Business School’s Executive Leadership Program.

Hannah Diop is the founder and chief executive of Sienna Naturals, a natural hair care brand. To found Sienna Naturals, Diop researched ingredients found in nature and proven by science to improve health outcomes in textured hair and scalp. Diop is a former strategy consultant at McKinsey & Company, where he worked for clients in big box retail and OTC Pharmaceuticals, and holds an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Kirsten Green is the founder and managing partner of Forerunner Ventures, a San Francisco-based venture capital firm. He currently serves on the board of directors at Glossier, Ritual, and Nordstrom. Green is also a founding member of women’s guidance collective, All Raise, and actively advocates for women in the tech industry.

Eury Kim is a managing partner at Forerunner Ventures, a San Francisco-based venture capital firm. Since joining the firm in 2012, Kim has spearheaded investments in more than 50 early-stage companies and supported Forerunner’s efforts to raise more than $2.3 billion from leading institutional investors, making her the only female-led firm to reach this milestone. He earned an MBA with honors at The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and holds a BS with honors in Business Administration from the University of California, Berkeley.

Forward Kuruvilla is the chief executive of Bolt, a San Francisco-based company that offers software for online shopping checkouts. Kuruvilla joined Bolt in January 2021 as chief product and technology officer, then was promoted to chief operating officer and then chief executive in January 2022. Prior to Bolt, Kuruvilla was Amazon’s vice president and general manager for global logistics, managing all units across the business, products, techniques, and operations. He holds an MBA from the University of Washington and a BSc in Computer Engineering from the University of Mangalore.

Sharareh Siadat is the founder and chief executive officer of TooD Beauty, a non-binary vegan makeup line. Siadat’s personal experience as a first-generation American of Iranian descent led him to found TooD with the aim of encouraging self-expression and championing diversity. This beauty brand supports sustainable consumption through the world’s first biodegradable glitter and uses marine waste plastic packaging.
