Hama MAFS Nasser Sultan snuck into yet another Fashion Week event

Nasser Sultan’s Married At First Sight series has brought itself to another slick show at Australian Fashion Week.

The star, 56, who was escorted out of Carriageworks on Monday after pretending to be a reporter, filmed himself on the slick Karla Spetic show.

Nasser seemed flippant as he spoke about his brilliant show on Wednesday before admitting he wasn’t sure whether or not he was banned from Fashion Week.

“To be honest, I wasn’t banned, I just saw an amazing show,” Nasser began, clearly in good spirits after being kicked out.

He flashed a cheeky smile for the cameras and joked that he might be banned after Monday’s altercation.

‘I thought I was banned. I am not sure. But I think I better go home now,” he added.

Nasser proved himself to be a magnet for mischief when he appeared at Fashion Week on Monday carrying an emergency press clearance and a mischievous grin.

The reality TV pest was seen filming interviews with guests before he reportedly tried to get into St. Louis. Agni Show without invitation or credentials.

An insider revealed, ‘Nasser disguised himself as a journalist, asked the silliest questions. It was clear he was out of his depth. But it’s pretty ridiculous until security finds out.’

“Security told him they remembered him from last year and that he was on guard. They wanted him to avoid events he wasn’t invited to because they obviously didn’t want him there.”

According to the spy, Nasser was caught off guard when he tried to enter an exclusive fashion show using someone else’s credentials.

Despite the awkward exit, Sultan appeared undeterred, even managing to pose for a photo before he was escorted out of the premises.

This is not the Sultan’s first controversy at Fashion Week.

During a 2022 event, fame-seeking MAFS groom received attention for his rowdy behavior.

Security at Carriageworks, Sydney where most of the runway shows are held, gave him a stern warning to ‘stop being a pest’.

The warning was given after Nasser was seen harassing former NRL WAG Phoebe Burgess in the front row at the Oroton Showcase.

Nasser had slipped into royalty Kate Waterhouse’s racing chair when she moved in and tugged on Phoebe’s designer coat to try to get her attention.

However, retired NRL star Sam Burgess’ ex-wife turned her back on Nasser as she repeatedly asked for photos and tried to strike up a conversation.

The apologetic Nasser told the Australian Daily Mail he was “absolutely embarrassed” about his behavior around Phoebe, but denied tampering with the show or stealing anyone’s seat, as has been previously reported.

‘[The incident with security] really embarrassed me. I felt like an af**kwit… but I didn’t take anyone’s seat or sneak in,’ said the former music promoter.

“I was invited to the show, saw Phoebe go to say hi.” Why can’t you greet people today?

“Security said I stole Kate Waterhouse chair.” I don’t. I was there for a few seconds just to take a photo with Phoebe and then returned to my seat.’

She added: ‘They say I’m becoming a pest and the designers don’t want me on their shows… that’s not true. I have been invited to many shows.

‘I have been away for years. I’m not ashamed to sit in the back row. I love being there.’

Australian Fashion Week, which runs from 15 to 19 May, will see 10 runway shows a day where designers showcase their resort collections for spring/summer 2024.

Popular names like Aje, St Agni, Bondi Born, Anna Quan and Bec & Bridge are some of the brands featured this year.

This week will include a wave of promising talent and new faces, including Asiyam, Youkhana, Erik Yvon, Iordanes Spyridon Gogos, Wackie Ju, and Nicol & Ford.
