Fashion Marries Film In Visualizer from Hood By Air –

It’s been a few months since the cult-favorite fashion brand, Hood By Air, announced its return to fashion. Today, the brand is making one of its first waves since re-emerging through the long-awaited visualizer – Prologue. The teaser for the complete fashion visual debuted on the Instagram page of one of the conglomerate’s branches – The Anonymous Club.

The experimental short introduction to Hood By Airs the upcoming runway show, as a paradoxical dystopian prediction for civilization, manifests as a character wearing a suit. Visuals directed by Roger Guardia were presented by Anonymous Club and HBA and produced by Canada Pictures, with music by Anonymous Sound.

The whole point of Prolog is to create basic guidelines that lead a series of events through transitional actions. The prologue interprets past knowledge while introducing new characters of the future. Featuring the exclusive Hood By Air outfit, The Prologue is a visualizer that provides a new perspective on characterization.

Anonymous Club is a brain kid organically developed by the founder and designer of Hood by Air Shayne Oliver. Anonymous Club is a creative studio working in fine arts idioms, installations, performances, music and products and is the fourth branch of the fashion, arts and media company created by Oliver. Other sectors of Oliver’s creative business include luxury fashion label Hood By Air; direct-to-consumer platform, HBS; republisher of pieces from brand archives, Museums; and Anonymous Club.

Last week, Anonymous Club and founding artist Leech delivered Mixtape Prologue which premiered on NTS. The Anonymous Club creates radical art and artifacts designed to overturn tradition, infiltrate the mainstream, and recreate pop culture in its image. Together, they created the textures and framework for the sonic collaboration, with Oliver serving as musical director.

Oliver credits Hood By Air’s creation of self-reliance, as a means to breathe fresh air in a stagnant room. Leech has covered Dazed and Buffalo Zine while Anonymous Club produced a cover shoot for Paper (Hood By Air), Garage (Mary J Blige) and Office (Yves’ tumor). Prologue visualizer is the first larger video offering and will premiere worldwide on July 15.
