Pippa and Sarah Renwick spent a lot of time on growing up courses. Their mother often won local golf tournaments and their father was rarely seen sporting anything other than versatile cotton polo. They grew up to love games but were always uninspired by clothing choices for women.

Frequently visiting golf shops in the Westchester County, NY area, they complain about the women’s selection and view the men’s section with its clean lines and versatile polo with envy. The sisters then worked in the fashion retail industry but still couldn’t find anything for women on par with the classic men’s golf shirts their fathers used to wear with their neat color combinations, super soft materials and styles to suit almost any occasion. on or off the course.

In 2019, they began a 12-month process of creating the perfect women’s golf polo in hopes of bringing back the joy of dressing for the sport. Their first collection, launched in March. , filled with variations of polo in its periwinkle, navy and peo color palette aimed at inspiring relaxation and comfort on the golf course. The line includes traditional short sleeve, sleeveless polo shirts, three-quarter sleeve options and collared polo dresses.

The Renwicks cut is made from fair trade Peruvian pima cotton which is soft and sleek enough to transition from one to the other. The tailored design and minimalist and stylish summer color scheme, suitable for golfers and non-golfers alike, emphasizes the sister’s search for the perfect polo: perfect for anything from shopping to cocktail parties.

Our goal is simple: We want comfort, classic beauty, functionality and, most importantly, versatility, they say. It felt like an important mission for us to take on this. For all women.

While their dad’s polo-filled outfits must have inspired the brand, the sisters remember their mom deeply when they think of the women they designed. Her favorite pair of earrings, the gold ram head hoops, inspired the brand’s logo and embodied a classic style around the collection.
