Please consider the following:

• The subject line of the vaccine verification email is “SafeAccess Invitation” and the sender is [email protected]. Please add [email protected] to your contacts and whitelist the domain live.safeaccess.app so that the email arrives in your inbox (not your spam folder).

• A unique link for you is contained in the email so that you can access the site, upload proof of your COVID-19 vaccination, and agree to our safety protocols. Do not share the email or link with anyone else.

• SafeAccess trusted reviewers will review your vaccine submissions in accordance with all HIPAA guidelines. AGU staff do not review any documentation.

• Allow two business days for your information to be reviewed. You will receive a confirmation email when you have been granted access or contacted directly by a member of the SafeAccess team with any questions. You can log into the SafeAccess website at any time to check your status.

• All documents will be automatically deleted at the end of your registration.

• Collecting the badge on site after approval of the COVID-19 verification.

Once the verification is complete, you should go directly to the on-site health check verification office at # AGU21 in New Orleans. You will show your SafeAccess health check card and proceed to the Scan and Go check-in kiosks to print your badge. Badges will be required to attend all # AGU21 events.
