Our services include innovative programs and effective interventions carried out in a supportive, non-judgmental environment by licensed professionals.

Case managers on interdisciplinary teams respond to the needs of patients and have developed a unique knowledge of how an individual’s mental, physical and social health is intertwined. They know community resources and can help patients access meaningful services. We provide the education and comprehensive support, advocacy and treatment necessary to provide our patients with an ongoing continuum of care that can meet their behavioral health needs.
