We are preferably looking for this position near our offices in New York, Westerville or Santa Monica.

Responsibilities

The Creative Recruiter is responsible for leading recruitment throughout the lifecycle, including:

• Search for candidates using our internal database, portfolio sites, social media sites, job sites, campus events, etc.
• Identify resources, tools and opportunities to increase brand awareness among qualified job seekers, improve the candidate experience and increase the diversity of the candidate pool
• Proactively build pipelines of diverse talent related to current openings and potential new business initiatives
• Represent Syneos Health at networking, industry and campus events
• Maintains candidate data and workflow in the candidate tracking system; provides weekly updates and reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager
• Builds an effective and respected partnership with key agency partners including hiring managers, group and discipline leaders, HR partners, finance and PMOs
• Monitor industry trends and competitors
• Drive effective partnerships with business leaders and the technical support team
• Welcoming candidates

Job requirements

In addition to demonstrating initiative, uncompromising integrity and a results-oriented mindset, the ideal candidate has:

• 5+ years of recruiting experience
• Previous recruiting experience in a creative environment, including art, copy and design positions
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment
• Strong relationship building skills and the ability to interact with candidates and leadership at all levels
• Has attention to detail and can prioritize responsibilities
• Ability to discern the creative skills of candidates at all stages of the recruitment process
• Excellent research, written and verbal communication skills including the ability to communicate at all levels within an organization
• Well-developed customer relationship skills and commitment to providing quality service while implementing continuous improvement
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and within a team-oriented environment
• Attention to detail, time management and multitasking skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic, competitive and entrepreneurial environment
• Willingness to grow, the ability to collaborate and an action-oriented work ethic
