January 24, 2022 – The Thunder Bay District Health Unit (TBDHU) and Chartwell Isabella Retirement Residence announce that the outbreak at the facility, in Thunder Bay, is now over.
Prior to the outbreak, significant measures were already in place to reduce the likelihood of virus transmission within the facility. Extensive precautions were implemented throughout the outbreak.
