The enhanced Texas Children’s Health Plan Provider Portal is now live! We’ve been working to bring a redesigned user experience to our entire supplier network. Our goal is to give our providers the tools to access accurate and timely data, so they can provide the best possible care to our members and their families.
The redesigned portal will include:
Improved functionality for claims, calls and message center
Health Management Tools menu
Provider’s ability to update demographics
Reports with enhanced descriptions and instructions
Access to HEDIS® (Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set) data via Inovalon population management software, providing insight into quality performance
